COMING 2008 'AVA'

~ the much anticipated feature film debut from Bulgarian director Bogdan Darev. HD Cinema Group is proud to be involved in this daring project. Justin O'Neill will be producing and providing two fully loaded RED cameras for filming while Devin Anderson will be composing the musical score.

Previously, HD Cinema Group has collaborated with Mr. Darev on the television pilot 'Third Date with Nate Brown.' Recently, Devin Anderson scored the trailer for his acclaimed short film 'The Angel.' Our hope is that with 'AVA' our respective teams have developed the comfort, efficiency and creative trust needed to embark on this ambitious journey, and that this will allow Mr. Darev to achieve all of the beauty and impact of his vision. ~ Official AVA website.

The horrific and ideological

circumstances of war throw our heroes together in a Polish manor house: the owners, Helene and her son Wolf ; ‘sub-human,’ Ava; Nazi Officer, Anton, and his teenage daughter, Liza.

Each one struggles with their inner demons, secrets, hopes and fears. Each burning with desire to understand the forces at play in their lives and times. Then, Love, always in their dreams, but never realized, unexpectedly conquers all of them. Helping each one climb out of the abyss that their existence has become.

Pre-production on AVA will start Sept. 1st, 2007 with principle photography commencing Feb. 1st, 2008.
